Lifespan Home Modifications focuses on adapting homes to the new needs of the occupants. These modifications may be needed due to the aging of the homeowner – this is known as Aging in Place (AIP).  Another focus is for a the client who is faced with a new challenge in their life such as a recent injury or the onset of a debilitating disease.  These modifications may be permanent or short term.  One more area we can assist is with home occupants who have physical disabilities that require special modifications to their homes.

Lifespan is a full service contractor capable of designing and constructing minor and major home improvements such as complete accessibility modifications, kitchen and bath modifications, whole house safety analysis, grab bar installations, exterior access ramps, self opening doors, personal safety alert systems, elevators, stair lift systems, etc.

And yes, we are certainly able to handle any kind of home remodeling.  We have been remodeling homes for many years and have developed hundreds of projects.
